Our vision is youth advocating youth with integrity and purpose; empowered with the voice to shape the future of Riverside.

Our purpose is to provide Riverside youth the opportunity to participate in city governance and share in the planning and decision-making through a council intended for addressing youth issues.

Our duties are to advise the Mayor on decisions involving the youth of Riverside and the opinions of the youth on city agenda items.
